Meet the Team

Originally from Queensland, Australia, Melissa brings a world of experience and warmth to Parkway Dental Center. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Mass Media from Central Queensland University and has built a dynamic career in dentistry that spans both clinical and administrative roles.

Before joining Parkway Dental Center, Melissa worked as a Dental Assistant in Wyoming and Colorado, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care and treatment coordination. Her transition to the front office allowed her to blend her clinical knowledge with her communication skills, helping patients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their dental journey.

Melissa lives in Edina, Minnesota with her husband, Trenton, their son, Louden, and their dog, Wicket. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on Louden as he plays collegiate hockey for the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
